Refund & Payment Policy

1 Pricing
Retreat pricing varies by destination and package. Prices start from $1,500 AUD per person and are listed on each retreat's booking page. Please refer to the specific retreat listing for accurate pricing.
2 Payment Options
Full Payment: The full retreat price is due at the time of booking.
Payment Plan (via Paythen): $200 non-refundable deposit followed by 12 weekly payments of $108.33 (for a $1,500 retreat). Payment plan amounts may vary for retreats priced differently. All payments are managed securely via Paythen and must be completed on time as scheduled. Failure to maintain the payment schedule may result in cancellation of your booking (see Section 3).
3 Missed Payments & Forfeiture
If two or more scheduled payments are missed, your booking may be cancelled, and all funds paid to date may be forfeited. One reminder will be issued per missed payment, with a 3-day grace period to bring the account up to date.
4 Participant Cancellations
If you decide not to commit to or attend the retreat for any reason, no refund will be offered under any circumstances. The Awakening Code reserves the right to re-sell your spot to another participant. All cancellation notifications must be submitted in writing via email. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy in full.
4a FIFO Relocation Package - Refund Policy
The Premium FIFO Civil Relocation & Employment Accelerator package ($11,900 AUD) requires full payment within 48 hours of acceptance. No payment plans are available for this package.
14-Day Refund Window: A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the date of payment, provided the participant has not yet commenced the program. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
After 14 days from the date of payment, this package is non-refundable under any circumstances. By making payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
5 No-Shows
Failure to attend the retreat without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and all payments made will be forfeited in full.
6 Cancellations by The Awakening Code
In the unlikely event that The Awakening Code cancels a retreat, all participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative retreat date. The Awakening Code is not responsible for any external costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, or travel insurance.
7 Force Majeure
The Awakening Code is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the retreat caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or severe weather. Where possible, we will offer a transfer to an alternative retreat date.
8 Transfer of Booking
Bookings are not transferable to another person without prior written approval from The Awakening Code. Any unauthorised transfer will be treated as a cancellation.
9 Travel & External Costs
Participants are solely responsible for all travel-related expenses, including flights, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and any other costs not explicitly included in the retreat package. The Awakening Code accepts no liability for disruptions to personal travel arrangements.
10 Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation in all retreat activities is at the participant's own risk. The Awakening Code, its organisers, and affiliates accept no responsibility for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage during the retreat. Comprehensive travel and health insurance is required for all participants.
11 Behaviour & Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment throughout the retreat. The Awakening Code reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful - without refund.
12 Communications & Notices
All official communications and notices regarding bookings, cancellations, and policy matters must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal agreements or social media messages will not be considered binding.
13 Agreement
By making a payment - whether a deposit or full amount - you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Refund & Payment Policy.
